Welcome to Clip-Pilot Video Editing services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Services

We provide professional video editing services to clients. Our services include, but are not limited to, video trimming, color correction, audio enhancement, and special effects. The scope of work will be agreed upon before the project begins.

2. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when submitting your project.
• Ensure that the content you submit does not violate any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• Not submit any content that is illegal, offensive, or harmful.

3. Payment

All payments for services must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept payments through secure payment gateways. Refunds will only be issued under specific circumstances as outlined in our refund policy.

4. Turnaround Time

We strive to deliver projects within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any delays promptly.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the original content you submit. However, we reserve the right to use edited content for promotional purposes unless you explicitly request otherwise.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to data loss, delays, or errors in the final product.We however edit videos strictly as per client instuctions, nothing will be omitted against client's will.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at our discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

9. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:

• If the project is canceled by us before any work has commenced.
• If for some reason our editor fails to work on the project and your project hasn't been submited by the estimated time. If you wish the work to be handed to another editor you will need to make a new payment after refund.
• If payment was made in error and the issue is reported within 7 business days.
