Editor Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Clip-Pilot! By applying for an editing position at our company, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your application.

1. Eligibility

To apply for an editing position, you must meet the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have prior experience in video editing or a related field.
• Possess proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).

2. Work Expectations

As an editor at Clip-Pilot, you are expected to:

• Deliver high-quality edits that meet client specifications and deadlines.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with the team and clients.
• Adhere to the company's editing guidelines and standards.

3. Confidentiality

Editors must maintain the confidentiality of all client projects and company information. Sharing or disclosing any confidential material without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

All work produced for Clip-Pilot clients remains the intellectual property of the company or the client. Editors are not permitted to use or distribute client projects for personal or commercial purposes without written consent.

5. Payment Terms

Editors will be compensated based on the agreed-upon rates for each project. Payments will be processed upon successful completion and approval of the project.

6. Termination

Clip-Pilot reserves the right to terminate the contract of any editor who fails to meet performance standards, violates company policies, or breaches these terms and conditions.

7. Amendments

Clip-Pilot reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Editors will be notified of any changes, and continued work with the company constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
